Two law firms, each with more than ten years of practice, decided to stop competing and join forces. That merger became Efficia: a corporate law boutique with comprehensive, personal support.
Our story
Efficia was born when two firms that served similar clients, and shared the same way of practicing law, joined forces. Today that story is a single brand, with more than 12 years of experience advising and representing companies in Antioquia and across Colombia.
Today we are a law boutique focused on corporate law. We meet clients in person in the Medellín metro area and nearby towns, work remotely across Colombia, and serve foreign companies in English when they need to operate here.
Our approach is simple: efficient, personal, high-quality legal solutions, always aimed at a favorable result for each client. A reputation is earned one case at a time.
